We are seeking a dedicated professional to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of maintenance works across our road network. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for quality assurance.
Responsibilities will include conducting inspections, identifying defects, and preparing repair reports. Additionally, the successful applicant will be responsible for managing work orders, asset data, and compliance audits in Maximo, as well as monitoring and reporting on HSE standards.
The role requires a curious mind and transferable skills and experiences, including qualifications in Electrical / electronic Engineering or Electrical trade with relevant experience, experience in engineering management, asset risk, and HSE in maintenance environments, and strong organisational, written and oral communication skills.

Below are the key responsibilities and qualifications for this position:
* Conduct inspections and assure the quality of maintenance works on assets
* Identify defects, non-conformances, and prepare repair reports
* Manage work orders, asset data, and compliance audits in Maximo
* Monitor and report on HSE standards and recommend corrective actions
* Investigate and resolve customer complaints, working closely with community teams
* Engage with contractors and service providers to ensure standards are met
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Qualification in Electrical / electronic Engineering or Electrical trade with relevant experience
* Experience in engineering management, asset risk, and HSE in maintenance environments
* Strong organisational, written and oral communication skills
* Ability to engage, negotiate, and build relationships with diverse stakeholders
