Marketing Campaign Coordinator
We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Operations professional to manage the day-to-day delivery of client campaigns and ensure seamless execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing campaign workflow, from briefing to execution, while ensuring that all deliverables meet our high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate the day-to-day delivery of client campaigns
* Design, build, and deploy marketing campaigns in HubSpot (emails, landing pages, workflows) and related martech platforms
* Manage workback schedules, track actions from client WIPs, and coordinate across copy, design, development, and telemarketing partners
* Cultivate the use of automation and AI in campaign delivery
* Analyse campaign performance data, identifying opportunities to optimise
Requirements:
* 4+ years in marketing coordination, campaign management, or similar B2B/agency role
* Hands-on experience with HubSpot (certification a plus), plus exposure to Salesforce, Zoho, Webflow
* A passion for martech — from workflows and integrations to reporting dashboards
* Strong project management skills — multiple plates spinning without a wobble
* A self-starter mindset with a healthy dose of curiosity and a knack for finding better ways to do things
