Responsibilities
* Cross-check and balance work completed during the day with the Night Manager.
* Provide an elevated customer service experience at all times.
* Ensure efficient guest registration and departure processes.
* Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and provide valuable information.
Requirements
* Prior experience in Night Auditing is highly preferred.
* Demonstrate strong knowledge of Opera PMS software.
* Exhibit exceptional grooming, presentation, and communication skills.
* Show ability to adapt to night shifts across a 7-day roster.
