We have an excellent opportunity for a dynamic professional to join the marketing team within our medical division for a 12 month parental leave contract. The Sales Support Specialist plays a key role in coordinating tender responses, supporting SAP processes, and maintaining accurate master data for the Medical division. The role also manages end‑to‑end dental loupe sales and training support for students, including event coordination, customer inquiries, spare‑parts processing, and repair triage. Additionally, this position oversees the medical sales demo pool and provides essential sales reporting and analysis, ensuring smooth operational support for internal teams and exceptional service for external customers. Key responsibilities for this position includes (but are not limited to): Coordinate and lead customer tender responses. Provide quotation support to the field sales team. Oversee SAP CRM lead management. Maintain and update SAP master data for MED accounts, including purchase‑order–related changes. Organise and support dental student loupe training and sales events across NSW, QLD and VIC. Process dental loupe sales and manage related documentation. Handle spare‑part enquiries and process associated sales. Respond to customer queries relating to dental loupes, including technical issues, breakdowns and spare‑parts needs. Support service repair triage for loupes. Manage the MED sales demo pool (DLA) and provide sales analysis and reporting. Key skills required for this role include: Minimum 3 years’ experience in a corporate office environment, ideally in customer service. Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workload and meet deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with stakeholders at all levels. Flexible, proactive and solutions‑focused work style. Intermediate to advanced computer skills across word processing, spreadsheets and database systems. Strong negotiation and diplomacy capabilities. Demonstrated team‑building, training and motivation skills. Ability to work collaboratively and support cross‑functional teams. High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in documentation and data management.
