Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and values-led professional to join our leadership team in the role of HR Director.

* Manage all aspects of human resources and the employee lifecycle, ensuring seamless processes and efficient operations.
* Lead and develop the HR Team, fostering exceptional service delivery and team growth through coaching and mentoring.
* Act as a strategic business partner, advising senior leaders on people and organisational matters, driving organisational success and sustainability.
* Design and implement a localised HR strategy aligned with business objectives and global frameworks, driving business performance and growth.
* Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development opportunities, and offboarding, ensuring a positive employee experience.
* Manage compensation and benefits, including annual salary reviews to maintain market competitiveness and align with business goals.
* Ensure efficient and compliant HR operations, processes, and policies, maintaining high standards of integrity and transparency.

About You:

* A minimum of 10 years HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial/supervisory position, demonstrating proven HR leadership and business acumen.
* Bachelor's degree or qualification in HR or a related field, with a strong foundation in HR principles and practices.
* Proven HR business partner with strong stakeholder influence and relationship management skills, able to build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
* Experience managing payroll and other financial systems, with a strong understanding of financial management and budgeting principles.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve HR-related issues and challenges.
* Experienced in leading change and transformation initiatives, with a proven track record of driving organisational change and improvement.
* Committed to service excellence, continuous improvement, and coaching others, with a strong focus on developing and empowering team members.
