We are seeking a passionate, driven and seasoned Manager to step into the role of **National Manager - Retail and Customer Sales.** Your reach will be diverse and cover the business on a national basis taking into account regional, seasonal, sector and site-based client operations to maximise efficient retail growth.

**The Role**
- Develop and implement an effective retail convenience strategy driving significant product sales and profitability
- Work alongside peer group Supply Chain resources to ensure optimal product, pricing and promotional support align to growth targets
- Work alongside our national site operations to design and implement retail strategy and programs
- Seek continuous improvement and implement an effective retail strategy driving significant product sales and profitability
- The ability to manage, lead, motivate and train the Retail Services team
- Demonstrated high level computer skills and report preparation
- Demonstrated commitment to meet site service standards and regulatory requirements
- High level of HACCP food safety management
- High level hygiene and safety awareness focus ensuring legislative and organisational compliance
- Extensive food allergen management experience
**The Person**
- Extensive commercial knowledge and expertise in retail operations, formulating retail strategies.
- Proven experience in consistent year-on-year consumer sales revenue growth, and improved profitability
- Proven experience in delivering innovation and digital consumer technologies to generate revenue
- Strong experience in food and beverage consumer sales
- Significant experience in consumer event activation to influence buyer behaviour across F&B operations
- Strong project management experience
- Professional understanding of consumer demographics and influencing consumer behaviour
- Proven capability in brand management and operating within brand guidelines
- Experience in working with supply chain and site operational teams in meeting client/contractual requirements
