Strategic Partnerships Manager
About the Role:
We're seeking a highly skilled individual to spearhead our partner growth strategy. As a Strategic Partnerships Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying and cultivating key partnerships that drive business expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Network Growth: Develop and execute plans to identify, approach, and onboard new partners in the region.
* Partner Program Management: Coordinate presentations, demos, and meetings to ensure seamless partner onboarding and enablement.
* Partnership Development: Foster strong relationships with partner organizations, serving as a trusted advisor to support partnership growth and act as the main point of contact for day-to-day needs.
* Create business plans with each partner, including co-marketing, sales, and pre-sales activities.
* Conduct quarterly business reviews to monitor performance and improve traction.
* Evaluate and enhance partner training and certification programs to establish a robust Creatio practice.
* Facilitate regular check-in calls with partners to explore growth opportunities and reinforce our commitment to genuine care.
* Manage the renewal process for annual agreements.
* Partner Sales: Collaborate with partners to develop a lead generation engine and grow the pipeline.
* Lead qualification processes with partners to score and identify target customers.
* Jointly develop sales strategies with partners and the Creatio Sales Team.
* Monitor traction and deliver additional sales training to drive joint opportunities.
* Support partners in closing deals by allocating necessary resources from Creatio and actively participating in the sales process.
