Job description: GraphQL Developer
We are seeking a talented GraphQL Developer to join our dynamic team and play a key role in building high-performance, scalable APIs for our web and mobile applications.
As a GraphQL Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining GraphQL APIs that power our applications. You will work closely with our front-end and back-end development teams to ensure efficient data retrieval and manipulation, delivering seamless user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define GraphQL schemas and API requirements.
Develop and optimize GraphQL queries and mutations for efficient data fetching and updating.
Troubleshoot and resolve API performance issues, ensuring scalability and responsiveness.
Implement security measures to protect sensitive data in API interactions.
Stay updated on GraphQL best practices and emerging trends in web development.
Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
2. Proven experience as a GraphQL Developer, with a strong portfolio of GraphQL-based projects.
3. Proficiency in GraphQL query language and schema design.
4. Familiarity with GraphQL server frameworks and tools (e.g., Apollo Server, Prisma).
5. Strong knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript.
6. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
7. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
