About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, proactive, passionate individual wanting to become a vital member of our organisation by assisting our Lifestyles team in Western Sydney with their administrative duties.
Responsibilities of the role (not limited to):
- Coordinate scheduling for programs
- Support onboarding processes, including welcome communications and training templates
- Maintain WHS records and certifications
- Manage client documentation, rosters, folders, and NDIS plan tracking
- Handle petty cash, requisitions, maintenance requests, and archiving
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and liaise with managers and team leaders
- Provide ad hoc administrative support and travel to sites as needed
About you:
- Minimum 3 years demonstrated experience in an administration role
- Experience in the disability industry (desirable)
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Experience with Salesforce (desirable)
- Ability to multi-task with a "can do" attitude
- Flexible with a kind, generous nature
- NSW Driver License (minimum P2)
