* Safety and Operational Excellence: Ensure 100% safety compliance and promote continuous improvement in safety culture across the team.
* Leadership & Talent Development: Lead, as well as mentor Assistant Managers, Superintendents, and crew members.
* Business & Financial Management: Oversee P&L statements, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
* Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with customer contacts, ensuring service expectations are met and resolving any issues promptly.
* Proven leadership experience managing large, complex fleets and teams within a high-demand, 24/7 operational environment.
* Strong background in operations, with an in-depth understanding of preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment performance improvement.
* A deep understanding of business operations, including financial management, forecasting, and KPI analysis.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage cross-functional teams and build lasting customer relationships.
