The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join our esteemed Direct to Consumer (DTC) division. As a key player in transforming our consumer offerings and revolutionising performance marketing, you will spearhead our growth and acquisition efforts through exceptional audience-centric experiences.

With a strategic mindset, you will drive "best-in-class" marketing solutions by leveraging data-driven insights and a deep understanding of the digital media landscape. Your ability to optimize audience strategies, enhance engagement, and achieve impressive traffic, conversion, and return on ad spend (ROAS) targets will be instrumental in your success.

Collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams, you will execute comprehensive performance marketing plans, demonstrating your exceptional leadership and delivering exceptional business outcomes for our direct-to-consumer business.

Role and Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning- Lead the development and delivery of online marketing plans, strategy, and 'Go To Market' programs- Implement key strategic pillars to drive online growth annually and by quarter- Build and update quarterly and annual plans, ensuring budget support and regular reviews- Ensure key stakeholders (internal, agency and HQ counterparts) are managed through every step of the strategy and planning process

Digital & Marketing- Develop digital audience and content strategies that connect offsite journeys to onsite experiences- Monitor and analyse conversion and promotional effectiveness, including engagement, traffic, CPC, CPA, ROI, and CVR- Conduct campaign analysis, performance tracking, and optimisation- Collaborate with sales, product, and brand teams to stay informed about initiatives and campaign changes

Commercial- Understand the Samsung business model and identify opportunities for our direct-to-consumer team, to increase sales uplift and revenue.- Plan, set, and deliver strong budget plans on an annual, quarterly, and monthly basis- Drive cost efficiencies in marketing spend and identify cost saving opportunities

Operations:
- Deliver projects and campaigns that are best in class across all categories- Act as the driving force for the DTC team, ensuring things happen- Accountable for delivering projects and campaigns on time and within budget- Communicate changes to stakeholders, manage expectations, adjust plans and budgets if needed

Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Communications or related field; MBA in Marketing preferred- 5+ years of digital marketing experience across the marketing mix- Strong track record of driving business growth through marketing- Hands-on experience with performance media and optimisation- Proficiency in data optimisation techniques, AB testing, dynamic creative, and data triggers- Intermediate experience in utilising Google Analytics, Adwords, Adobe, Tableau or BI- Experience managing large budgets or P&Ls- Proven ability to build and manage relationships internally and externally
