Job Title: Pharmacy Sales Representative
Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining designated territory and ensuring optimal service to first-line accounts. This includes exceeding net sales targets, building close relationships with customers, and executing business tactics to optimize substitution opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain designated territory and ensure continuation of optimum service to 1st line accounts;
2. Exceeding net sales target of dispensary and OTC pharmacy products within a defined territory;
3. Maintain loyalty of 1st line accounts through building close relationships;
4. Execute agreed business tactics to optimize substitution opportunities;
5. Design & execute quarterly business plans which include targets, action plan & outcomes for each account;
6. Facilitate a 1st class sales experience using business insights, analytics & innovative deal-level strategies;
7. Acknowledge & overcome customer concerns.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Pharmacy, Science or Sales;
At least 1 year experience working within Australia's generic market;
1-2 years' experience in B2B complex sales environments;
Proven track record of success in exceeding sales targets;
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal);
