The role
Working in a 90+ cover classic Bar & Grill serving lunch & dinner 5 days a week Tuesday to Saturday.
Has previous experience within a busy restaurant or quality hotel.
Is interested in classical techniques and learning more about authentic European cuisine.
Wants to challenge themselves in a high volume kitchen and has the enthusiasm to succeed within a professional team.
