Senior Customer Service Officer - Part Time (30 Hours) Your new company
In this role you'll be working for a worldwide service company based within Melbourne Airport.
Your new role
You'll be responsible for providing support day to day, across different functionalities of the airport - Due to this role being based at the airport, there is no work from home.
This role will have set hours - This can't be altered.
Monday
* 2:00pm-8:30pmTuesday
* 2:00pm-8:30pmWednesday
* 12:00pm-6:00pmThursday
* 07:00am-2:00pmFriday
* 06:00am
* 2:00pm
* Providing support via phone and email
* Identifying & troubleshooting problems
* Support and resolve any airport issues
* Creating positive customer experience
* Ability to triage queries and complaints
* Inputting correct data within the system
* Following up on all issues when required
What you'll need to succeed
* 2 years of recent contact centre experience dealing with inbound and outbound calls
* Flexibility to work 24/7 365 days per year
* Ability to pass a police check and ASIC (Aviation Security Identification Card)
* Tech-savvy - Can use multiple systems, including Microsoft products
* Ability to build good relationships
* Great communication both written and verbal
* Having full working rights without restrictions
