About the role
Join our Early Learning team in creating a space where children can use their natural curiosity to develop their learning. Plan and implement programs that support the individuality of each child and plan for their long and short-term needs. You'll maintain developmental reports of each child and use these to create fun and interactive programs to enhance their education and learning. We have opportunities at our Ellenbrook, Ballajura, Landsdale centres.
Our centres have large outdoor spaces fit with nature playgrounds, along with thoughtfully created indoor spaces to foster imaginative play. Our play-based approach along with child-led learning encourages a child's individual interests to shine through.
About you
You'll have a passion for being a part of children's growth and development and supporting them to be their authentic selves. You'll have the ability to work in a team to create a positive and friendly environment where children can thrive. Along with this you'll have:
* Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or a degree on the ACECQA approved qualifications list, or hold a Diploma level and have completed at least 50% of the course
* Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing programs within a childcare environment
* Current Registration with the Teacher Registration Board of Western Australia
* Current HLTAID012 and CPR or willingness to obtain
* Working With Children Check or willingness to obtain
* National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
