Candidates will need to demonstrate senior level capabilities in the following areas:
1. Relationship building
2. Negotiation
3. Networking
4. Problem solving
5. International & regional incentive trips - French Riveria happening May '26!!
6. Company phone and laptop
7. Quarterly high performers lunches and events
8. Uncapped commission structure - no threshold
9. Regular business travel nationwide
