Your next Opportunity: Reporting to the Area Manager, we are seeking an Asphalt Paving Supervisor to join our team in Seven Hills. Your primary focus in this role will be to oversee the efficient and effective daily operations of asphalt crews within Boral's asphalt business. You will be accountable for delivering a number of key activities in a mature business, successfully leading and mentoring work groups and delivering high quality projects safely and efficiently which supports the continued growth of the business and the teams within your remit.
What are we looking for?
* 5+ years of experience with knowledge of asphalt manufacturing, asphalt contracting and/or sprayed seal contracting or another relevant field
* Customer engagement and negotiating at a site level including contractors, suppliers and subcontractors
* Contractual and technical knowledge with experience in operating a systems-based approach to the role
* Ability to collaborate with wide-ranging stakeholders both internal and external
