About the Role
As a Senior Solicitor, you will:
* Manage a diverse caseload in the areas of law of your choosing and oversee files.
* Provide strategic advice and represent clients in negotiations, tribunals and court proceedings.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships with empathy and professionalism.
* Work with paralegals and junior solicitors to build a dynamic team.
* Draft documents, prepare briefs, and conduct legal research.
About You
We are looking for a solicitor who is:
* Admitted to practice in NSW with 3+ years post‑admission experience in one or more of the above.
* Confident in managing matters independently, with strong advocacy and drafting skills.
* Able to use PEXA for conveyancing, and desired for those wanting wills and family.
* Experience with Leap or Smokeball preferred, but not essential.
* A team player who can guide junior staff and collaborate with management.
* Highly organised, proactive, and resilient under pressure.
