Registered Nurse Position:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality care to our residents.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of clinical care, including assessing, developing, and documenting care plans, facilitating case conferences with residents and their families, and ensuring that medications are managed effectively.
Additionally, the Registered Nurse will undertake monthly analysis of clinical indicators and make recommendations to the Director of Care. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
