Order Fulfillment Specialist
A highly organized professional with a passion for logistics is required to manage sales orders, communicate with customers, and coordinate deliveries in our Operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Verify customer delivery requirements are accurate and suitable for the delivery site.
2. Process payments for any delivery modifications and update sales orders accordingly.
3. Keep customers informed with timely 'Supply Confirmation' and 'Import Update' communications.
4. Update sales orders with dispatch and delivery dates based on inbound shipment ETAs and changes.
5. Manage stock levels and allocation.
