Site Administrator Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Site Administrator to play an essential role in the day-to-day running of our onsite office.
* Administrative management of various jobs and projects, ensuring timely completion and effective resource allocation.
* Effective communication with multiple stakeholders, including contractors and clients.
* Payroll administration, invoicing and claim summaries, maintaining accurate records and adhering to regulatory requirements.
* Maintenance of site office supplies, registers, consumables and personal protective equipment (PPE), guaranteeing a safe and efficient work environment.
* Scheduling of remote employee accommodations, providing seamless support for field operations.
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Ability to work a 5-day (10 hour shifts) work week during outage works, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
* Experience with accounting software, enabling efficient financial management and reporting.
* Previous experience in a similar administrative or operational role, showcasing transferable skills and knowledge.
* Proven ability to handle timekeeping and invoicing tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, facilitating collaboration and conflict resolution.
* Advanced computer and systems skills, guaranteeing seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
* White card - construction card, preferred but not essential, as training can be provided for the right candidate.
