We are a Queensland-based mobile dental group seeking a mature, skilled, and efficient Early Childhood Assistant/Dental Assistant to join our fast-paced team. This position is ideal for someone with a love for children and an interest in promoting good oral hygiene from an early age.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist the dentist while working with young children in a mobile setting.
- Liaise with kindergarten directors and educators to coordinate dental visits for children.
- Ensure a smooth, organized environment and maintain punctuality and time management.
- Help set up dental equipment and assist the dentist during treatments.
**Requirements**:
- Must have experience working with children and be comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A valid driver's license and a reliable car (preferably one large enough to carry dental equipment).
- Strong organisational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
**Location**: North Brisbane Area (Travel within this region is required)
**Work Schedule**:
- Available for school days only (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday), with an 8 AM start time. Finish time varies based on daily needs.
- No work during school holidays.
