**The Opportunity**:
Veolia ANZ is seeking three Electrical and Instrumentation Technicians to join our Waste to Energy Treatment Plant team based in East Rockingham 6168. In this role you will be responsible for the complete equipment repairs and maintenance and to ensure the plant and utilities operate achieving safe and reliable operations to the highest Veolia standards.

**What you'll be responsible for**:
- Demonstrate understanding and compliance within the Company Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality Systems.
- Complete planned and breakdown maintenance on plant and apparatus including, but not limited to, Generators, Transformers, instrumentation, Actuators, Automated Equipment, Emissions Monitoring Equipment to effectively achieve plant availability targets.
- Troubleshoot electrical components and control systems to determine causes of failures when required, including gathering of failure evidence for later analysis.
- Ensure all work orders are completed properly to a consistent high quality in the CMMS System.
- Propose and develop modifications to plant /apparatus as appropriate.
- Liaise with operations staff and other maintenance staff as appropriate whilst promoting a preventative maintenance culture across teams.
- Provide supervisory coverage, during shutdowns, periods of increased manning levels or leave support for Electrical Team Leader.
- Maintain the workshop and other work areas in a clean, tidy and safe condition.
- Carry out other reasonable tasks and duties as requested by management.
- Be available for emergency situations and plant breakdowns when necessary.
**What you'll need to be successful**:
- WA 'A' Grade Electrical licence.
- Cert III / IV Instrumentation Qualification.
- HV Switching Operator Competency.
- WA C class drivers licence.
- Demonstrable knowledge of Boiler & Steam Turbine Generator plant (or like complexity
- equipment).
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Knowledge of current WHS legislation and safe working systems.
- Proven experience working with a CMMS system.
- High risk licence.
- Construction White Card.
- Hazardous Area maintenance and detailed inspection.
- Willingness to undergo a National Police Clearance and medical check relevant to the role.
- Drivers licence.
