Your next career opportunity 
As a Learning Designer at Melbourne Dental School, you'll play a crucial role in developing cutting-edge learning assets for prestigious dental programs. You'll collaborate with program directors to create engaging curriculum and assessments for the Doctor of Dental Surgery, Bachelor of Oral Health, and Doctor of Clinical Dentistry courses. This role offers you the opportunity to apply innovative andragogy, design interactive resources, and shape the future of dental education in both online and face-to-face environments.

Your responsibilities will include: 

* Design Innovative Learning Experiences: Create engaging learning assets for online and face-to-face delivery, aligning with program objectives and outcomes. 

* Ensure Quality and Accessibility: Develop and maintain high-quality, interactive resources that meet accessibility standards. 

* Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with program directors, coordinators, and academic staff to develop effective curriculum and assessments. 

* Provide Training Support: Offer guidance to staff and stakeholders involved in learning asset development.

You may be a great fit if: 

You are an experienced learning designer with a passion for innovative education, possessing strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high-quality standards in a dynamic environment.

You may also: 

* Have a degree with substantial relevant experience in learning design. 

* Demonstrate expertise in designing learning assets for various delivery modes. 

* Possess experience in developing support materials for educational systems. 

* Excel in stakeholder management and collaborative teamwork. 

* Have strong project management skills and attention to detail. 

* Be adaptable and able to work independently while contributing to a team.

Your new team – Melbourne Dental School

The Melbourne Dental School renowned for its excellence in dental and oral health education, clinical training, and translational research, with a strong tradition in dental research and an established international reputation in several research areas.

Research in the School is an integral component of staff and student activities underpinning both the undergraduate and graduate curricula. The major research activities of the school are conducted via three Divisions and four major research groups, which range from translational biomedical science to clinical studies and pedagogical research.
