A prestigious global law firm, with an enviable reputation in the market, is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Manager on an initial 12-month contract.
Reporting into the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will manage a team of 2 and have full responsibility for delivering the comprehensive recruitment strategy, focusing on experienced hire and senior level appointments across the firm.
Identifying and utilising innovative routes to market, as well as creating new talent pools, you will be responsible for bringing best-in-market talent to the firm. You will be required to use your superior stakeholder management skills to work closely with Partners in order to understand hiring requirements and successfully deliver upon the needs of the firm.
Responsibilities will include:
Driving transformational change of the recruitment methodology to eliminate bias and enable diversity confident hiring.
Excellent technical knowledge of recruitment and the legal market;
Solid communication and persuasion skills;
Analytical - able to use data and information to inform decisions, persuade others and effect change;
Strong organisation skills - able to manage conflicting priorities and expectations;
Ability to work collaboratively and supportively with immediate colleagues, the wider HR team and the firm;
In house recruitment experience at a law firm or legal recruitment agency experience.
