* The Lecturer must demonstrate a commitment to undertaking research related to Indigenous Knowledge and Indigenous Education, as well as possessing strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* They should have a demonstrated understanding of a university learning environment and equity programs, with the ability to provide supportive education to individuals from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds and varying age groups.
* High-level competencies in teaching specialisations related to Indigenous Knowledge and Indigenous Education are required, along with the ability to manage unit (subject) teaching in internal and distance education modes, including online platforms.
