The Company
Our client is an industry-leading supplier of architectural hardware, representing many of the top brands in the market. They supply through to joiners, cabinetmakers, and the broader joinery channel.
The Role
You'll take over an existing territory across Melbourne's northern or western suburbs with a strong pipeline already in place. Day-to-day you're on the road visiting your network of joiners and cabinetmakers, maintaining relationships and growing wallet share.
This is a field-based role with genuine autonomy. Work from home, manage your own diary, with a Melbourne office available if you need it. You'll report to the National Sales Manager based interstate, so you need to be comfortable operating independently.
Who We're Looking For
We're open to candidates from a few different backgrounds:
* Sales experience in architectural hardware, kitchens, joinery products, or anywhere in the cabinetmaking channel
* Trade or technical background from the joinery industry looking to move into a sales role
* Existing relationships in Melbourne's north and west would be a bonus but not essential
The key is understanding the joinery and cabinetmaking world - whether you've sold into it or worked in it.
