Job Title
Food and beverage manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of a restaurant to provide a positive guest experience.
The incumbent assists in managing staff, ensuring sanitation compliance, and promoting positive guest relations. They must be able to analyze food and beverage data, interact with diverse teams, and possess superior organizational and time management skills.
Responsibilities
* Exhibit conduct in accordance with gaming regulations and departmental policies.
* Hire and train staff members.
* Ensure sanitation compliance throughout the restaurant.
* Promote positive guest/employee relations.
* Develop department members' knowledge and skills through education and training.
Requirements
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with one to three years of restaurant management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Bachelor's degree in Restaurant Management preferred. Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays required.

Work Environment
The Casino environment is fast-paced and often crowded and noisy. Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English.
Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
