Eden Ritchie Recruitment are seeking an experienced Senior Training Officer to support the implementation and adoption of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 case management system within a major digital transformation program.
This role will focus on designing and delivering engaging learning experiences and contextual in‐app help to support staff as new digital systems are implemented. You will work closely with project teams, change managers and business stakeholders to ensure users are equipped with the knowledge and tools required to confidently perform their roles within the new system environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop intuitive in-app help content including step-by‐step guides, tooltips, help panes and micro‐learning content
* Develop training materials such as facilitator guides, user guides, work instructions and video learning resources
* Deliver training sessions, demonstrations and webinars to support system rollout and user adoption
* Provide support during go-live periods to reinforce learning and assist with system transition
* Align training materials and help content with business processes, user roles and system configurations
* Collaborate with change managers, project managers and operational teams to support implementation activities
About You
* Experience developing and delivering training programs for digital systems or enterprise platforms
* Strong capability designing user-focused learning materials and guidance resources
* Experience creating digital learning content such as guides, videos and structured training resources
* Ability to deliver engaging training sessions to users with varying levels of technical capability
* Experience working in project or transformation environments within large organisations or government settings will be highly regarded
* Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar enterprise systems will be advantageous
