The successful candidate will be working with Legal Practice Director / Principal Solicitor 13yrs+ PAE; Senior Associate 13yrs+ PAE; Associate 3yrs+ PAE; practice manager and admin team.
The Role
We are seeking an Associate Immigration Lawyer (2–4 years PAE) with corporate and complex case experience to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to both corporate and complex immigration law matters in a supportive and structured environment.
You will work directly with experienced senior practitioners across a diverse client base, including corporate sponsors and individuals with challenging cases.
This cannot be a fully remote role. We do not believe fully remote work is suitable for legal practitioners. Some work-from-home days can be negotiated.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise and represent clients in corporate immigration programs, skilled visas, and complex individual matters
- Draft and manage applications, submissions, and case strategies
- Manage and appear in merits review cases
- Build strong client relationships with corporate and individual clients
- Contribute to the collaborative and professional culture of the firm
About You
The ideal candidate will bring:
- 2–4 years PAE in immigration and administrative law. Salary dependant on experience and demonstrated productivity
- Background in skilled visa programs and corporate sponsorships
- Experience with merits review and judicial review preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A detail-oriented, solutions-focused approach
- Confidence with legal technology and modern practice systems
