We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Trainer Assessor to join our team. This is a permanent position with a challenging opportunity to work on an 8/6 or 2/1 FIFO roster from Perth to the Pilbara region in Western Australia

**THE OPPORTUNITY**
As a Trainer Assessor, you will be responsible for conducting Verification of Competency (VOC) assessments on mobile plant operators, specifically Loaders, Dump Trucks, and Dozers.
Your duties will include:
- Delivering high-quality training and assessment services to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Conducting practical assessments and theoretical evaluations to assess the competence of mobile plant operators.
- Providing constructive feedback and guidance to operators to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of assessments, training outcomes, and individual development plans.
- Collaborating with the training team to develop and update training materials and resources as required.
**ABOUT YOU**
- Valid driver's license
- Recognised Trainer and Assessor certification.
- Extensive experience in operating and assessing mobile plant equipment, particularly Loaders, Dump Trucks, and Dozers.
- Strong knowledge of industry regulations, safety procedures, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with trainees and provide feedback.
- Organisational and time-management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
