Ardour Milton Park Bowral have an exciting new opportunity for entry-level Food & Beverage Superstars to join our passionate team in Bowral, Southern Highlands - we are looking for casual event staff, runners, and food & beverage attendants.
As a member of our Salter Brothers Hospitality team, you’ll play a key role in creating meaningful experiences for both our guests and teammates through thoughtful service, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Milton Park Country House Hotel & Spa in Bowral, NSW, has undergone a $10 million transformation and recently reopened in February 2026 as Ardour Milton Park Bowral, the very first flagship in our new Ardour Hotels & Estates collection.
Nestled on a secluded hilltop woodland just under two hours from Sydney, Ardour Milton Park Bowral is a luxury escape like no other. Our 44-room heritage property boasts an adjoining wellness spa, two exceptional restaurants, and a stunning events pavilion - all set within 32 acres of manicured gardens and rolling lawns.
The role and key duties
* Curate an unforgettable and personalised service experience for our guests from start to finish;
* Run, serve and explain dishes from our menus to guests;
* Ensure the restaurant is presented to a high standard at all times, oversee the setup and breakdown of dining areas, assist with the setup and service of special events, banquets, and private functions as needed;
* Process payments accurately and efficiently. Handle cash, credit card transactions, and room charges according to hotel policies;
* Ensure compliance with the provisions of the Workplace Health and Safety Act and Regulations at all times.
Essential criteria required to be considered
* Valid NSW RSA certificate (essential);
* A passion for customer service with a vibrant and outgoing nature;
* Ability and willingness to commence work on a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays;
* Reliable transport to get to and from the hotel;
* Be located close to our hotel or be willing to relocate.
