The role
Crown is the ultimate destination for luxury hotel experiences, with our 3 established hotel brands Crown Towers, Crown Metropol and Crown Promenade offering unique experiences for all our guests.
We're seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Executive Housekeeper who will centralise housekeeping operations across Towers, Metropol, and Promenade, ensuring consistent standards, efficiency, and enhanced guest experience.
As a Senior Executive Housekeeper, you'll be a gracious and vibrant host, creating joyful moments through genuine care and meaningful connections.
Guided by Crown's 4Cs of Service Excellence: Be Courteous, Connect, Create and Care.
Manage and coordinate all activities of the Housekeeping Department to achieve maximum efficiency and ensure high quality service delivery to all guests.
Ensure OHS and compliance policies are strictly adhered to.
Complete administrative tasks; including recruitment, training and development, labour and financial management.
About you
Previous Housekeeping Management experience in a 5 star hotel.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on OHS and employee safety and wellbeing.
Confidence in leading and motivating a large team in a fast paced high pressure environment.
