Melbourne - 2 days in Altona Meadows and 2 days in Richmond
Client Demographic
Aged-care residents (predominantly older adults in residential/community aged-care settings)

Role Overview
We're seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist who's excited about making a difference in the lives of older adults. In this role you'll deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions in aged-care settings, working to maintain and improve mobility, strength, balance and functional independence of clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Assess, plan and implement physiotherapy programs for older adults in residential/community aged-care
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including nursing, occupational therapy and podiatry
* Monitor client progress and adapt interventions accordingly
* Promote best-practice aged-care therapy and support accreditation requirements
* Participate in continuous professional development and training sessions
What We're Looking For
* Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent) and current General AHPRA registration
* At least 2 years' relevant experience—preferably in aged care or allied health settings
* Hold Full working rights Visa
* Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal aptitude and a genuine interest in elderly wellbeing
* Willingness to work 2 days in a week on the above mentioned locations, and uphold high standards of therapy service delivery
