**The Opportunity:**
As part of our Trainee program, you'll gain invaluable on-the-job experience while studying towards your Certificate III in Children's Services, with all course fees covered by us. You'll receive regular support from the Centre Manager, your team, and the program assessor, and be involved in:
- Building and maintaining meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Providing a safe and stimulating environment that meets the needs of children and families.
- Preparing and implementing engaging play and learning activities.
**To Be Considered, You Will:**
- Have a genuine interest in pursuing a long-term career in Early Childhood Education.
- Have a WWCC or be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check for Victoria.
