Heavy Diesel Mechanic Job Description:
* This is a challenging role for an experienced Heavy Diesel Mechanic to join our team in Hobart.
Job Responsibilities:
1. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Heavy Diesel Mechanic to work with industry-leading trucks and equipment.
2. The successful candidate will diagnose, service, and repair vehicles to customer and CJD standards.
3. The ideal candidate will have experience working with PC programs and diagnostic equipment.
4. They should also have strong communication skills and be proactive in maintaining exceptional safety and quality workmanship standards.
Requirements:
* An Australian-recognized Heavy Diesel Motor Mechanic trade certificate is essential.
* The successful candidate will have experience in maintenance, service, repairs, and rebuilds of heavy vehicles.
* Experience in transport (HV) and/or earthmoving equipment would be highly regarded.
* A stellar attitude and strong communication skills are required.
