19th November, **** We are seeking a Civil Engineer or Civil Designer to join a privately owned, rapidly growing multi-discipline consultancy based in West Perth.
The company delivers a wide range of building projects across the Perth metropolitan area and regional WA, spanning Civil, Structural, Electrical, and Mechanical engineering.
The Role Work on civil components of medium-sized building and land development projects, including subdivisions, roads, earthworks, drainage infrastructure, and servicing.
Combine office-based civil design with project engineering duties, client and stakeholder engagement, and occasional site involvement.
Contribute to a variety of civil works across commercial, residential, government and education sectors, while enjoying the agility and supportive culture of a dynamic, hands-on office.
Drafting and modelling will be completed in Civil 3D.
Most engineers within the business currently perform some drafting; however, the level of drafting required can be adjusted depending on whether the successful candidate is an engineer or designer.
About You 1-10+ years' experience in civil engineering or civil design within a consultancy or similar environment.
Experience with medium-scale civil or building-related projects is preferred.
Proficiency in Civil 3D is essential.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
Drafting experience is desirable for engineering roles and essential for design-level roles, but the exact balance can be tailored to the candidate.
