About the role
* Prepare and refine construction documentation, ensuring all details meet regulatory and developer requirements.
* Collaborate on the design process, from concept sketches to final construction drawings, for a diverse range of new projects.
* Manage updates and variations to drawings based on client feedback, maintaining high standards and compliance.
* Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver seamless and accurate project documentation.
About you
* Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear coordination with clients, councils, and consultants.
* Solid understanding of the NCC, R-Codes, and town planning regulations, ensuring high-quality working drawings that meet compliance.
* Proficient in ArchiCAD; experience with Lumion would be highly regarded.
* Proven track record in residential drafting, with at least 3 years’ experience on single and double-storey homes.
* Well-organised and adept at balancing multiple priorities to meet project deadlines.
* Professional and confident in liaising with a range of stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
