About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values: Lead and coordinate a nursing team and/or healthcare team and oversee and provide clinical support or relevant expertise. Monitor standards of nursing practice and nurse sensitive indicators, and lead quality improvement activities, research, and education in alignment with Pine Rivers Community Care Unit and nursing professional stream strategic direction to ensure high standard of consumer/patient centred care. Use contemporary information, research evidence, personal knowledge, and experience to support decision making.
