Job Title: Primary Care Programme Director
The organisation delivers a range of national integrated healthcare services with over 6 million interactions per year across telehealth, homecare, primary care, hospitals, and virtual health including prevention programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the delivery of the Primary Care Program, including project planning, scheduling, and coordination with stream, hub, and squad leads.
* Oversee execution and delivery, ensuring timely, quality outcomes in collaboration with product, operations, and technology teams.
* Develop and implement reporting frameworks, meeting cadence, and governance structures using tools like Jira and Miro.
* Manage risks and compliance, including maintaining risk registers, conducting post-project reviews, and ensuring alignment with internal policies and ISO standards.
* Create and maintain standardized documentation for project management, communications, and change plans.
* Support change management through planning and executing communication strategies to ensure smooth transitions to future states.
* Provide regular project updates and decision-making support, including preparing reports and papers for leadership and the Board.
