Coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee the marketing service helpdesk, and maintain our digital asset library ensuring brand consistency and compliance. Key Responsibilities: * Manage marketing requests and service helpdesk ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. * Provide expert coordination and project management support to ensure marketing deliverables are met on time within scope and aligned with stakeholder expectations. * Oversee the end-to-end management of marketing activities including traffic management production content creation and campaign coordination. * Manage and maintain the organisation's digital asset library images videos written content branding assets ensuring easy accessibility and brand consistency. * Ensure all branding activities comply with legislation organisational policies values and Codes of Practice safeguarding sensitive personal information. * Lead the compilation analysis and reporting of marketing communications performance identifying key metrics that drive engagement and conversion. * Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to deliver marketing projects adopting a service-oriented approach. ----------------------------------- Required Skills & Qualifications: A strong track record in managing campaigns and projects across channels is required.
