Therapy and Behaviour Support Manager
As a Community Services Manager, you'll oversee a diverse portfolio of programs including Therapy and Behaviour Support, Family Intervention Services, and more. You'll lead a talented multi-disciplinary team to deliver person-centered, strengths-based services that make a real difference in people's lives.
You'll report to our Director of Community & Allied Health and be responsible for planning, budgeting, team development, and service innovation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Tertiary qualifications in an Allied Health field, Psychology, Social Work/Science (and current professional registration)
3+ years leading diverse teams in health or social care settings
Passion for person-centered, capacity-building approaches
Strong grasp of disability, aged care, and early intervention services
Excellent communication and people skills
