The Opportunity As the Administration Manager, you will oversee a small but critical administrative team supporting technicians, customers and internal stakeholders across a managed services environment. You'll bring clarity, structure and energy to a team that values collaboration, trust and down‐to‐earth communication.

This role is ideal for someone who:

Key Responsibilities

* Lead, mentor and support a small administration team in Hobart
* Oversee daily admin operations, ensuring seamless service and customer support
* Drive workflow improvements, documentation and process clarity
* Coordinate service technicians, scheduling and installation activities
* Manage internal and external stakeholder communication
* Support contract administration, purchasing and logistics activities
* Foster a stable, engaged, positive team culture during organisational change
