Necessary Qualifications and Experience
A seasoned executive leader with deep expertise in business performance, strategy, enterprise risk, data science, or related disciplines is required. Ideally, this experience will be within insurance or a similarly complex, regulated environment.
Post-graduate qualifications are desirable, along with demonstrated experience in regulated environments. Strong leadership skills, collaboration, strategic foresight, innovative thinking, and commitment to delivering outcomes with integrity, courage, accountability, and empathy are essential.
