Jaybro Group is on a mission to make life easier for infrastructure contractors.We're looking for a proactive, growth-driven sales professional to take ownership of their region/category and lead all outbound business development activity.
In this role, you'll be focused on expanding our customer base, driving revenue and GP, and building strong commercial relationships that fuel long-term growth.ResponsibilitiesDrive outbound sales activity to deliver and exceed revenue and GP targets.Provide WOW customer service in every interaction, both internal and external.Develop and execute a regional business plan aimed at winning new business and increasing market share.Build, manage, and grow relationships with key customers to accelerate engagement and retention.Use strong product and industry knowledge to identify opportunities and deliver tailored solutions.Proactively generate leads, prospect new customers, and convert opportunities into sales.Understand customer needs and respond with strategies that increase sales and drive category growth.Collaborate with marketing to deliver effective, lead-generating campaigns.Identify and engage key decision-makers across the target market.Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to support proactive selling.Report on outbound sales activity, pipeline progress, and budget requirements.Follow company policies and Integrated Management System processes.Provide feedback and recommend improvements to systems and processes.RequirementsPreferred experience selling to the construction industryExcellent interpersonal and negotiation skillsTime management & organisational skillsExperience using CRM (Salesforce)Demonstrated ability to build strong and influential relationshipsGood commercial awareness with a passion and drive to succeedAbility to work autonomously and take ownership of resultsSelf-motivated, driven and familiar with remote working conditionCompetitive salary + Incentive + Tools of TradeCertified as a Great Place to Work
