About the role As Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and day-to-day operations of a retail centre. Working closely with the Operations Manager, you'll lead a team to deliver high-quality service, ensure compliance, and drive performance across leasing, finance, marketing, and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage centre staff including Operations, Marketing, Admin and Reception teams
Oversee lease administration, arrears management, and tenant relations
Prepare and deliver business plans, budgets, and client reporting
Ensure legal compliance, risk management, and adherence to OH&S; standards
Drive marketing strategy, community engagement, and casual mall leasing revenue
About you To be successful in this role, you will have:
Proven leadership experience in retail property or asset management
Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and reporting
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of lease administration and relevant legislation
A proactive, organised, and client-focused approach
