**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Asset Management Lead to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading multidisciplinary teams, providing technical guidance, and overseeing the delivery of major infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of complex infrastructure projects.
* Develop and implement strategic asset management plans to ensure alignment with business objectives.
* Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Requirements:
* Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) or other relevant qualification.
* Extensive experience in civil engineering, project management, and contract administration.
* Working knowledge of project management frameworks, such as PMBOK and PRINCE2.
* Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve agreed outcomes.
* Effective negotiation skills and ability to communicate complex technical information to stakeholders.
