Convenient locations plus current technology enables a seamless recycling experience at fully staffed depots and Express collection points.
Position
Casual Depot Assistant — you will provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers sort their recyclable products and providing them with the correct refund.
Responsibilities
* Delivering outstanding customer service to our customers.
* Sorting recyclable items into their correct categories.
* Transporting items to the relevant storage area, via forklift or manual handling where required.
* Ensuring customers are welcomed and assisted with their recycling products to inspire return customers.
* Cash handling.
* Ensuring staff are adhering to all health and safety procedures and highlighting any hazards, faults, or risks.
* Continuously looking for opportunities to improve efficiency and increase customer satisfaction.
* Ensuring that staff have the skills and training to work safely and efficiently.
Requirements
* Previous customer service, hospitality, or retail experience.
* Excel & Outlook experience.
* You have an excellent "can do" attitude with customer service at the forefront of all interactions.
