What you'll be doing
Provide operational leadership and oversight of Emily Taylor, ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional customer service and high-quality dining experiences. Act as a host and manager on duty when required.
Provide creative input into evolving the Venue's product, service, and ambience.
Develop and implement effective training plans.
Manage and mentor a team of talented supervisors and staff, empowering them to lead their shifts and foster a positive, high performance and collaborative work culture.
Monitor and analyse key performance indicators with financial data (focus on labour and food and beverage cost), identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven solutions to optimise operational performance and financial profitability.
Collaborate with the culinary, marketing, and finance teams to align operations with the company's broader strategic initiatives and increasing engagement with the businesses.
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and regulatory requirements across the restaurant locations.
Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and the local community, to support the growth and success of the business and operate a streamlined supply chain and efficient management.
Review, manage and respond to customer and supplier feedback, ensuring and fostering positive and amicable outcomes for all parties involved.
What we're looking for
Historical experience (3+ years) in a highly regarded restaurant/ hotel operations management role.
Proven track record in leading and developing exceptional restaurant management teams, with a focus on driving operational excellence and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Excellent financial acumen and the ability to analyse and interpret data to make informed, data-driven decisions
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically and implement practical solutions
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders
Experience and familiarity with industry-standard technology e.g. POS-Systems, Reporting and Data Tools etc.
Passion for the hospitality industry and a deep understanding of current trends and best practices
