Your new role
As a Quality Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and performance of adapted electronic equipment. You'll work closely with technical teams and global support networks to uphold the company's world-class quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:
* Investigating and resolving technical and quality issues related to product adaptation.
* Addressing part and process-related quality concerns, collaborating with global support teams as needed.
* Implementing technical guidance and quality directives from the company's global teams.
* Proactively identifying potential quality risks and implementing preventive solutions.
* Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis.
* Maintaining documentation and compliance with ISO standards and internal quality systems.
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience in a quality engineering role within a manufacturing or technical environment.
* Strong understanding of quality systems, standards (ISO 9001), and root cause analysis tools (e.g. 8D, Fishbone, FMEA).
* Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
* Experience working with cross-functional and global teams.
* Engineering qualification (Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline) preferred.
